Privacy
The short version: your identity is a random ID in a single cookie, plus the check-ins you make. That's it. No trackers, no analytics scripts, no ads, no selling or sharing of data — there's nothing worth selling.
What we store
- A random visitor ID, kept in one first-party cookie (
ppid) on your device. It's strictly necessary to run the checklist you asked for, which is why there's no cookie banner. - Pages with forms also set a standard security cookie (
csrftoken) that protects them from cross-site forgery. It identifies no one and tracks nothing. - Your check-ins: which experience, and when.
- Optionally, later, an email address — only if you attach one for account recovery. Never for marketing. You must be 18 or older to attach an email.
- Correction reports you send us, with an optional email if you include one.
Your rights
- export: download everything we have about you as JSON, any time, from your data page.
- delete: erase everything, permanently, from the same page. No grace period, no soft delete.
These pages satisfy access, portability, and erasure rights under the GDPR and California's CCPA/CPRA without needing to email anyone — but you can also reach us for any privacy request.
Children
ParkPercent is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. There is deliberately no age question and no child account type: a parent or guardian tracks the family's park day on their own device. If you believe a child has provided personal information, send us a report and we will delete it.
California notice
Categories collected: a random identifier and usage data (check-ins) you create; optionally an email you provide. We do not sell or share personal information, and we have no third-party advertising or analytics partners.
